Pike Lake diver Rylan Wiens accomplished a nearly decade-long dream by recently qualifying for a spot at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics in the men’s 10-metre platform event.
It’s an accomplishment that he and long-time coach Mary Carroll of the Saskatoon Diving Club are proud of, especially in a year that’s been difficult for training and competing as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
